Overview

iBIS-mParking is a business intelligence module that provides powerful mechanisms for system, commercial and performance analysis and reporting through an easy-to-use web browser based graphical user interface.

Main Features

Snapshot analysis – includes all data necessary to analyze current system state:

  • number and amount of currently valid virtual permits with search and sort mechanisms on all displayed parameters (transaction number, plate number, parking zone, time slot, price),
  • daily cumulative,
  • short history averages vs. current transactions,
  • transaction data by payment type analysis,
  • transaction data by parking zone analysis,
  • transaction data by GSM operator analysis,
  • short history (based on hourly intervals) transaction time profiles,
  • system performance monitor – unsuccessful transaction ratio by time slots, parking zones and GSM operators.

Time/value analysis – provides data for time analysis based on:

  • parking zones,
  • phone account (payment) types,
  • GSM operators.

Transaction level analysis – provides transaction level data for all virtual permits, including unsuccessful payment data. The powerful search and filtering mechanisms ensure that every transaction, currently valid or from history tables, can be found and displayed.

Operative reporting - includes formal everyday and ad-hoc reporting:

  • current valid permits
  • expired permits
  • vehicle permits
  • permits issued for a specific period (one zone all zones)
  • revenue generated from mobile parking service (on periodic bases)
  • monthly/annual user growth
  • monthly/annual number of permits growth
  • monthly/annual number of disputes
  • system performance reports

Reconciliation reporting – reports required to do the financial reconciliation with telecom operators including,  but not limited to:

  • number of transactions grouped by parking zones, mobile phone account types etc.
  • detailed unsuccessful transaction reports
